I hear many times that some people out there (especially at the old Planet Fitness) complain that they don’t have talent / genetics to reach their goals.
I call BS on that.
Sure, there is a massive difference in genetics from one person to the next for adding muscle / performance / body composition.
No question at all.
But will you allow that to hold you back?
Are you going to toss in the towel for the rest of your life?
I don’t think so.
I believe you are going to take action.
