This week, we are talking about the acute four-day study that I helped with and was also a subject of down in Costa Rica where we took a bunch of meatheads and had them repeat about a two-hour session for four days in a row just to see what happens with them.

So, yesterday I talked about our first finding regarding accessory lifts. Today I’m also going to talk about another finding. This is a little bit more on what I found in my own personal data which is related to how I felt versus how I performed and we’ll talk a little bit about HRV (heart rate variability) and also sleep.
