We all know a one-size-fits-all nutrition approach almost never works.

I am always amazed at how we are all very similar yet different.

Everyone operates on many of the same principles. For example, your muscles contact the same across-the-board with interactions of actin and myosin.

However, you may be able to lift more with the same amount of muscle than others at your gym depending on a host of other factors.

Nutrition is similar.

If there was a SINGLE approach that worked for everyone to get jacked and lean, everyone would be doing just that ONE thing.

Physiology is not that simple, though.

A brand new study showed that even in healthy subjects, there were metabolic differences (1).

Not a shocker I know.

What do you do then to find out what is best for you and your clients?

Focus on principles!

That is why I created the Flex Diet Cert – to teach you the principles of over 8 interventions for nutrition and recovery.

Via a principle-based approach, it allows you to drill down and still customize it for each person; all while making sure you hit the big rocks first.

Check it out below and don’t just take my word for it!

The course itself is closed until Fall but you can sign up for the waitlist!
