Yep, I am talking superfoods.
My definition of a superfood is one that is very nutrient-dense.
No, it does not have to be some exotic fruit, harvested by a pygmy with 2 piranhas stuck to his ass from the Amazon Rainforest under a red moon.
I am talking about foods you can find at most grocery stores or get access to without booking a flight out of the country.
Dr. Lonnie and myself give our top 3 superfoods on this weeks episode of Iron radio.
Phil was away so the nerds were at play this week.
Also, pull up a bench and get in on discussion surrounding fitness guru marketing, tinkering with inflammation to get lean, and an unusual potential benefit of melatonin – its anti-viral properties.
PS – the concept of micronutrition is one of the interventions I teach in the Flex Diet Cert where I reveal a super fast (and cheap) way to do a nutrient analysis – all without any crazy blood tests or extremely expensive software.
