I’m excited to join Jeff Hoehn for my third visit on the show to dive into some of my favorite topics, including how to support cognitive function, improve physiological flexibility, and more.
In this episode, I share practical steps you can take to enhance your daily movement, break free from sedentary habits, and integrate more physical activity into your routine. These small changes can lead to big improvements in both body composition and mental clarity.
I also discuss tips for supporting cognitive function, the importance of recovery, and the difference between metabolic and physiological flexibility—concepts that are key to optimizing both performance and health.
This episode is packed with actionable advice, so be sure to tune in!
