Greetings from rainy, cold (well, it is 53 degrees now) which would be a heatwave if I was in Minnesota . . . overcast, and did I mention pelting rain?

But there is wind!

And you know what I do when there is wind? Go kiteboard, of course!

Now, you may be rightfully thinking that conditions suck large moose balls today, so why go out?

Because I am here to kiteboard!

Plus, I was able to round up a few nuttier than squirrel $hit friends to join in.

We got the launch site, set up in the rain and were off like a frog in a sock.

The wind was gusting from 22 to close to 40 mph, and it was insane!

Was it fun?

Kind of.

Was it my best session?

Nope. Not even close.

Was I glad I went?

HellZ yeah!!!

Life is short. If you wait for conditions to be “optimal,” you will be waiting a long time.

A saying I stole from @adamtglass_ is:

“Move where you can.”

What can you do now? Start there.

If you can go the gym to train, then go.

I know, I know, You may be tired . . . You may be stuck at PF now for a bit and are afraid to set off their lunk alarm . . . It may be crowded . . .You have to drive, etc, etc.

Or you can do some bodyweight training at home.

But get it done.

You know the drill.

Violent consistency first; then adjust as you go.

Move where you can now.

Don’t wait for optimal conditions.
