My definition of a superfood is one that is very nutrient-dense.
No, it does not have to be some exotic fruit, harvested by a pygmy with 2 piranhas stuck to his ass from the Amazon Rainforest under a red moon.
I am talking about foods you can find at most grocery stores or get access to without booking a flight out of the country.
